Located in Avenidas Novas, this apartment is situated in a 1970s building where the architecture of the common areas preserves the elegance of the era. The marble-clad entrance hall, with mirrors and gold metallic accents, was the starting point for the renovation of the home’s interior.
The intervention sought to provide continuity to this identity, using noble materials and a sober aesthetic, where every choice was designed to enhance the space without yielding to the temptation of excess. Decorative elements appear discreetly, contributing to a serene and timeless atmosphere.
The furniture selection was also part of the project: the combination of pastel tones, walnut wood, and simple design pieces allowed for the creation of harmonious environments where architecture and decoration complement each other naturally.
Ultimately, the result is an apartment that respects the building’s character and interprets 1970s elegance through a contemporary, balanced approach designed for the daily life of its inhabitants.
