Kausa’s office operated across two separate units, with independent access and separate teams. The space planning, defined by opaque partitions, made communication difficult and limited the overall functionality.
The intervention therefore began with a clear objective: to unite the two spaces and create an office designed for a more fluid, collaborative way of working.
Light became one of the project’s key elements: the choice of a language based on white tones and a continuous floor finish reinforced the sense of depth and continuity.
Despite this intention of openness, the meeting rooms were defined by glazed surfaces with acoustic insulation, ensuring the confidentiality and professional secrecy inherent to the work carried out in the office.
The relationship with the exterior also took on a new prominence: the terrace, with views over the city, became part of the office’s day-to-day experience.
We achieved an office that is brighter, more functional, and more cohesive, where continuity and privacy are balanced and complement one another.
