This apartment, located in Beato, underwent a full renovation, designed to meet the requirements of a project intended for resale. The primary concern was to reveal the home’s potential, making it more functional, bright, and adapted to the demands of contemporary living.
The original layout made the apartment appear smaller than it actually was. The existence of a hallway that served only as access to the kitchen and living room created an inefficient space and restricted circulation.
The intervention involved eliminating this path and opening the kitchen to the living room, creating a continuous and spacious social area. This change allowed light to be distributed more naturally throughout the spaces, reinforcing the sense of amplitude and making the living experience more fluid.
In the remaining rooms, the renovation involved introducing new equipment and a contemporary aesthetic.
