The FYLD office in Saldanha was created by merging two independent spaces. The objective was clear: to create a more spacious, functional environment capable of keeping pace with the dynamics of a young team, without losing the sense of comfort.
From the outset, the choice was made to avoid overly bold solutions or passing trends. Therefore, the aim was to build a balanced environment where warm tones and materials contributed to a welcoming and serene atmosphere, fostering concentration and well-being throughout the day.
The reorganization of the spaces created greater continuity between the different areas of the office, strengthening the relationship between teams and allowing for a more fluid use of the premises.
The social area took on a central role in the project: bathed in natural light, it was designed to accommodate different moments, adapting to the team’s needs, whether for a break, an informal meeting, or a more relaxed working moment.
Ultimately, we demonstrated that a workspace can (and should) be, above all, a place where people feel good.
