When a home is designed as an investment, it changes many things.

The approach must be one of clarity, restraint, and choices that stand the test of time and the taste of whoever comes to live in it.
In this case, we chose white and grey as the colours of the space. Not for lack of options, but for its future: a well-executed neutral palette has an elegance of its own and ensures the home functions as a blank canvas, ready to receive any life.
The choices are simple, with no unnecessary gestures, no materials that impose themselves. What defines the character of the space is not complexity, but coherence.
The only deliberate compositional element is the vertical lines that separate the entry hall from the kitchen. A boundary that does not close off, but differentiates, creating a clear transition between the entrance and the cooking area, without resorting to walls or doors. It is the detail that gives the space scale and prevents everything from dissolving into a single room.
This home was not made to impress, but to work, to appeal to many (or everyone), and to remain relevant over time.
